Pros

The services they provide to the community are very much needed and the good majority of the staff genuinely cares about the population they serve.

Cons

Upper Management does not make employees a priority. They have unfair and inconsistent policies and never own up to mistakes when they are made. The employees are the ones that suffer in the long run....

The pay way good about $14/hr.

The company was very unorganized. Working with clients was great but there was loads of paperwork that was almost impossible to complete during paid work hours.

Great place to get social work experience

Pros

Flexible schedule, ability to work from home. I have worked here for over 6 years. The people are fantastic.

Cons

It's a non profit agency so the pay could obviously be better, but often out of control of management and depends on contracts. Small agency, so promotion is limited; however, I've held several positions. Benefits are expensive to cover a family, but reasonable for a single person.
