The flexibility is great. We are like one big family at our agency. The benefits are good. I just bought my child glasses that were $270.00 for 65.00 including eye exam!

Upper management DOES NOT support foster parents when they really need help with foster kids who need more extensive help than what was originally thought; they DO NOT get proper info on foster kids before bringing them to your home.
