Business Outlook
Pros
The environment is very supportive and friendly. Everyone is here to ensure that we are serving consumers to the best of our ability. Management has recognized that they may be a bit disconnected from field level clinicians and are working to change the culture.
Cons
There is a bit of turnover at this company. As I work at a managerial level, I know we are trying to figure out ways to retain our staff as well as to hold them to higher standards. It is going to take time to turn things around but we are putting programs in that will hopefully enhance the benefits of working here.
