      Pros

      Highly motivated, professional team members who are committed to FBR's mission. From field staff to leadership the first priority is always consumers and families we serve. The company continues to adapt to the changing healthcare landscape in order to continue to grow and meet the needs within our communities.

      Cons

      FBR employees aren't always aware of the benefits, etc that the company offers. The utilization of technology in the field can be frustrating when the EHR software updates and causes problems.

      Pros

      My immediate co-workers and immediate supervisor are incredible. I have felt camaraderie during my time with FBR. The consumers are great, too. I very much enjoy the work that I get to do. There are times that I feel overwhelmed, but I've always been sure that I can reach out and ask for help without being reprimanded.

      Cons

      Our corporate office is out of touch with what's going on with the field offices. It's hard to feel heard and I do not feel appreciated by upper management. Our holding company also seems to be lacking a connection to the purpose of our services.
