      Pros

      Consumers are great , most staff are nice to work with .

      Cons

      No sick days , no vacations or personal time off . Stress level thru roof because you give and all they do is keep taking. Shuffle to other house even tho your hired for one . They don't care about their staff ( employees). I started as direct care then supervisor and the pay is not great considering you lose a week of your life for an on call 24 hours. Lol 17$ a day for that.

      Ability to provide support to children and their families.

      Cons

      Very poor company culture. Employees are not appreciated by upper management. The company is interested in providing it's investors with a profitable rate of return but has little regard for it's employees. The field offices have minimal clinical support. Each employee is an island of themselves. It is a shame. This was once a family oriented company. Family oriented towards its employees and those they serve. No longer......

      Working with kids is the only plus. Terrible low pay for having a bachelors degree

      Terrible pay for a bachelors degree Horrible office management Very cruel and uncaring management Don't hit full time or your outta there Treat tss like they are garbage Talk down to staff Write you up at the drop of a hat Ask you to resign rather than fire or lay you off so they don't have to pay you unemployment Basically management will call you a liar straight to your face to cover their own but
