This company currently has no clear vision or plan as a business. Upper management makes weekly changes without any clear mindset of the effects on the field staff, which are the most important component to the company, but also the most mistreated and undervalued. There is no sense of stability due to the constant changes and many members of the area management team are there for the wrong reasons and are inexperienced and cannot be trusted.
