      Pros

      Great learning opportunity, especially as a first job out of school. Coworkers are kind and people make genuine efforts to help clients.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment, unrealistic expectations for productivity, little room to advance within the company, sometimes little support from management.

      Pros

      FPS had great employees to work with and great pay and offered great trainings for all staff. They also are a big company.

      Cons

      They have a hard time keeping staff at times. If they ask you to do something and you don't feel it's right, they will make up some reason and let you go (they did it to me).
