      Pros

      Work with GREAT people, good supervision, lots of flexibility, opportunities for growth or lateral movement within company, ability to think/work "outside the box".

      Cons

      The system within the company functions is broken, making the company and parts of the job frustrating, impersonal and pointless, little transparency, not the best material support, administration/support staff overworked leading to ineffective support for therapists in the field.

      awesome team; director was amazing; flexible schedule, pay was above average for this type of job; reimbursement for mileage and cell phone

      Cons

      on-call without any extra compensation, paperwork; mileage was not equivalent to what the state or other organizations recoup their employees to use personal vehicles

      None, cant think of any pros with this company. They make promises, and have a false image of caring for people/ employees.

      Cons

      Expec ations/responsibilities are insane, compared to pay/training employees recieve. They will terminate for the most ludicrous reasons imaginable. Cant believe they dont get sued more.
