      Pros

      The people I worked with were wonderful. They were like a family.

      Cons

      Upper administration fired people rather than educating and explaining what their concern was. There were no chances for change and it was like walking on eggshells as you didn't know if you would be fired for smiling at the wrong person.

      Loved people I worked with, got to build a great team

      Cons

      Everything is about MONEY, no genuine concern for the staff or the clients, gravely underpaid...after many years of faithful service with noted success, got pushed out by new management to make way and clear salary for top management to bring in a friend
