Helping the community and linking them to resources Job is hands on, will give you an insight if you would like to pursue education in social work or therapy Receiving client's appreciations

Cons

Expect to do tasks that are not part of your job description Micromanage of when employees clock in and out, or when certain tasks have to be completed Management will overload you with cases and expect you to meet an unrealistic goal (will threat you with a write up every month) If you speak a second language expect to be their interpreter bc they are too lazy to use the language taglines
