Such an inviting, welcoming, personable environment. I’ve worked in several agencies with the same job title and Clarvida has been the most professional, company that hears their employees.

Cons

Not sure I can think of any cons, I have no intentions of leaving this company.

Nothing at this time. Anything good was removed by the company in the last two years.

Cons

Inept management who then treats employees poorly. Employees leave, and then the rest of the staff are expected to pick up the extra work. Poor or stagnant compensation - any raises the last few years have been eaten up with health insurance premium increases. Taking away of previous benefits. Shady business dealings but compliance reports go nowhere. Poor and/or inadequate care for patients, but pinching pennies is more important than good mental health care.
