The state Medical Director is worthy of respect for his years of experience and general level of integrity. As an administrator and a provider he genuinely cares that client receive quality clinical care. My position also affords flexibility in my schedule.
Cons
Salaries are low and expectations are high which creates chronic staffing shortages.
