Before saying any of this, I want to note that I left on my own terms with great reviews, raises, etc. I say this as I want reader's to know this review is not from a salty writer but rather from someone who want's to ensure other's understand what they are getting into. First, know this a corporate agency, this means no loan forgiveness! Also know it used to be Molina/Providence until it was sold due to the investors not seeing the value. Typically when you are coming from a place of weakness as is here, you would want to entice people with something. None of this applies here; low pay, long hours, more than likely will have multiple teams to oversee. The benefits are not good, leadership has been purged over the last year losing the child enhancement supervisor, state clinical director, and regional director, as well as the closure of two programs. None of these positions have been filled and in my role there was only two IIH teams all of which were doing multiple duties. This is not a "Staff shortage" its a problem due to the culture of the company. It's a number's game; if you are hard-working and regularly bill high numbers anyways as I did it won't be an issue if you bill low, it will be an issue; productivity not client care is key. HR; is disconnected and has a low pulse on the people factor, this company will drain you for every spare hour you have. You have no choice of who/how you formulate your team in terms of the people and are not part of the hiring process at all.
