I am able to make my own schedule with my clients. The staff at FPS care for their employees and for the clients we serve. We get paid Holidays, paid vacation and paid sick leave. get to build relationships within the community. My co-workers in The Cedar Bluff Office are more than just co-workers, they are my work family and there when needed.

Cons

We need a cost of living raise due to inflation increasing, cost of gas prices and expenses. Pay raises should be offered Due to having 5 Associate Degree , A Bachelors Degree and 25 plus years of experience in the Mental health Field with Adults and Children

While being poorly managed the team atmosphere is exceptional

Cons

Management not engaged with front line workers. Orders come down from above that make no senses. Very disorganized and the pay is ridiculous in comparison to similar work in a better environment. Continuous change :(

Get to serve your community by providing behavioral and mental health services. Leadership/supervision is top notch. Can received licensure supervision for free! A caring and supportive environment.

Cons

Some positions only offer hourly rates.

Thank you for your time and sharing your thoughts with us. We're happy to hear that you appreciate the work we do and our agency. Some of our positions do offer hourly rates, especially for QMHP training positions. However, we keep our weekly client-hour expectation low enough for staff to earn more for extra client hours. And yes, free licensure supervision is a very big perk!
