The employees who work with clients are amazing; corporate is beyond corrupt

Pros

The direct mental healthcare workers (social workers, peer support, prescribers) are some of the best people I've ever met. They are extremely kind, intelligent, and it's evident how much they care about the clients.

Cons

The pay for anyone who isn't corporate upper management is unfair and below living wage. I've gone into serious debt while working here. Corporate has made some extremely unethical decisions, especially in the past year during the merge, which made many brilliant people leave.

I was hired for a family support specialist but was tricked into becoming a behavior coach WITH NO TRAINING!!!!

Pros

Company has DailyPay…..thats about it.

Cons

First of all, I was forced out of my job because this place truly doesn’t support people with disabilities. I spent countless hours off the clock even pulling all nighters (as an hourly employee by the way) trying to complete work that my manager thought would be a breeze, when in reality it was waaaaaaay more involved. The quality of training I had was beyond poor, this company does not encourage support, and my manager made me feel like complete garbage and glossed over my disability disclosure. When I voiced what would help me succeed I was shutdown. This company advertises they help individuals with autism which is a really cute thought, but as someone who is autistic I received ZERO support as an employee. If you’re someone with a learning difference stay as far away from this company as possible. They may support clients with these issues, but employees? Nope.
