      The worst company I’ve ever worked for.

      Pros

      Coworkers are sometimes good. They often will hire anyone, though, so you come across people working at FPS with little applicable experience or education.

      Cons

      They don’t pay well, they don’t appreciate their employees, a free FPS shirt is considered a bonus. Unrealistic expectations of staff, a lot of poor attitudes.

      Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. The mental health field can be stressful and difficult and we hope the team atmosphere is able to be a support. There are varying levels of education and experience as we hire some new graduates to help train them for growth in the field. We continue to research mental health facilities in Virginia and find that our vacation package is one of the largest in the field, and have increased our salary bases.
