      They don’t micro manage, your supervisors are friendly and genuinely care about you, the environment in the office is great, like family!

      Cons

      You can have a large case load but your supervisor will help you if needed.

      FBR offered me many opportunities to grow as a professional and clinician through training, conferences and supervisory roles. Mentorship from seasoned leaders was a reason to stay.
