      Pros

      It's at a good location and within a great community. The therapist are caring and dedicated to provide excellent care. Going rate on pay for the area.

      Cons

      Leadership, leadership, leadership. Or lack of. Can't ever find a supervisor. They spend so much time trying to convince the community they are great. They need to spend more time trying to figure out where they failed as leaders. Turn over is very high.

      The majority of staff have the goal of helping the consumers in mind at all times. Working with consumers and families. Friendly and helpful office staff. Training opportunities. Ability for growth and professional development. Working with staff that are willing to collaborate and listen.

      Cons

      Pay is not always fair for all levels. Difficulty with Credible app. Lack of consistency in management and offices.
