      I loved working with the kiddos and their families. I still think of them years later.

      Cons

      Pay was low and clinical support was provided by unqualified clinicians.

      Great staff and colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      During difficult times of a pandemic, expectations from supervisors were unattainable. We were given higher caseloads, longer days and no raise. Therapists were not valued.
