Great money, can move up into management very quickly if you're a top salesperson.

Cons

You have to be well liked by upper management to get the most deals and must willing to work 60+ hours. Only 1 day off per week and be expected to come in if needed. No PTO until after 1 year of work. Dictator like leadership.
