Pros

Will hire anyone, especially for Sales Representative positions. No skills, Low IQ - no problem. Very easy to move up to the management positions (especially for good looking women).

Cons

Most management positions last less than 1 year. If you are interested in finishing your college degree, or spending more time with your family then FIND another job. Mr. Brown only cares about company's bottom profit therefore you will be a slave till your health deteriorates from stress.
