This company is very good about promoting from within and allowing folks to grow in their positions.

Cons

I honestly do not have a bad thing to say against the company as a whole. We get a good amount of time off for PTO but it caps out at 15 days and I feel folks that have been here 20 years or more should be given more than that. Which does not affect me at this time. I just think they have earned more than that amount.

Classic promotes from within. I have been with Classic for 18 years and have had the pleasure to work at 5 different Classic dealerships in Lake county. This has given me the opportunity to move through the ranks.
