Hours - 7:30-4:45 plus prep time plus travel time plus grading plus being a grad student They do not care if you come in on the grad school program that it will take additional time and they do not lighten the work load Showed up 5 minutes late twice and got put on a support plan that led to an intervention plan which is their way to document firing you. They will let you go regardless that 20+ teachers leave a semester. My grade started with 6 teachers and only 2 are remaining from this one semester.
