      The hours and expectations at this school; goes beyond responsibilities of teaching. There isn’t any equity built into responsibilities of teams; some co-workers on the team have more/ less work than others. This makes work environment difficult and at times toxic. Have to create lessons for the year and lose prep time throughout the day student numbers are very important and take precedence over realistic expectations
