Pros

Great for Christian homeschool moms with no business experience

Cons

It’s not a 501c but it’s culture is 100% Christian- which makes it easy for them to call on “Matthew 18” for poor leadership and bad behavior. It’s nearly impossible to get fired.

Pros

Family friendly to the max for all positions. This job offered flexibility, a reasonable workload, and plenty of support.

Cons

They could have offered a bit more financial know how support, but I was able to figure out everything I needed to.
