Pros
I feel as if I've been given the opportunity to adore and respect the individuals I have to spend 40+ hours a week with, but have the work that we're doing invest in long-term change for good and be paid for it. I've worked in a lot of other industries and pretty much been satisfied across the board, but this is next level. Classy's leadership is incredibly solid, from a business perspective, a recognition perspective and a socially responsible perspective. Literally can't say enough good about Scot Chisholm. I am exceedingly proud of where this company has been, what we're doing today, and for the goal we will hit in the future! Grateful to be a part of this team.
Cons
With fast growth, there are predictable growing pains - honestly it's pretty easy to be adaptable to these (moving teams as we add teams, crowded office) because of the culture and the obvious steps being taken to solve for them.
