From top to bottom everyone is well aligned with the company mission and core values--both of which are absolutely sincere. Work amongst and between teams is cooperative and constructive, not confrontational. I have experienced nearly zero blame-game or gossip type issues that have been rife other places I have been. We respect and try to help each other--and that makes day-to-day work exciting rather than a grind. You are absolutely and always a person first. I'd almost forgotten what work-life balance meant until coming here. Everyone genuinely cares that everyone else is doing well not only in their job, but their life. There's lots of interesting and difficult work to do and problems to solve, but I look forward to coming in and tackling them every day. There is growth and promotion from within, but will go outside the company when unmet needs emerge. To address one of the earlier comments on here: The organization has really grown and matured in the last few years. People do not need to (and never have that I've seen) conform to some specific personality type. That said, we do have a lot of fun, but it's a nice balance between energy and professionalism.

It's refreshing to see how much a company cares about its staff, from the warm welcome, making sure that your questions or concerns are answered and that you feel supported throughout. They invest in fantastic training programs too!
