      1. Good environment 2. Work life balance (Sat, Sun off, No overtime) 3. They take interview on any language and will ask to work on the language they want. Please confirm your role before joining.

      Cons

      1. Appraisal is not good or not at all here. 2. 2 years bond for freshers. Please don't sign bond anywhere, it really hurts a number of times when you think of leaving job. 3. No work from home freshers.
