A job that will pay for your bills, nothing more!
Pros
For freshers it might provide a thing or two for learning the organizational behavior (which also is limited and similar to 1000 similar company so not a 'pro' actually) Because there will be a pool of people like you, mutual empathetic understanding harbor among colleagues resulting in better professional and personal relations
Cons
The management is not at all friendly or good decision makers. All the decisions are reactive measures. Not proactive or related to business process improvisation. Damaged work life balance wrapped in the bubble of flexible timings. Limited learning or training provided. No skill enhancement or tool proficiency provided. At times it was difficult to work around with limited sub standard tools - affecting proficiency and productivity. Poor Salary structure - PLI (part of the salary as opposed to the real meaning of incentive) is the worst system for employees. Felt like a security deposit for a quarter dependent upon your and your team's performance. Too much dependency on a selective (one or max.2) resource from designated departments, leading to overburden and work exertion.
