      I am working in this company for 4+ years, I joined as a developer and grew up to become Team Lead, this company has a lot to offer to Employees and Clients. 1.) Excellent CEO 2.) Excellent Environment 3.) Opportunity to Grow and Learn 4.) Excellent Client Client handling and Relationship In 4+ years of my stay in Clavax, I didn't have any any single day when I had to think before going to office. This company provides the best of everything. CEO is always humble and approachable. This is among the best IT companies I can think of.

      Cons

      Once you become a part of it, it will become difficult for you to leave it.

      Pros

      It has been a great journey. They are not just focused on work but, very much thoughtful about employee satisfaction. Monthly parties and flexible work timings with great senior support! The environment is quite jolly and enthusiastic, people do not just work but, enjoy as there are many activities arranged by the HR department. I would strongly recommend working here, you would never regret once recruited.

      You have to complete 8 hours on floor policy which becomes difficult at times.
