Best company I have ever worked for! Clay's offers competitive pay, has a very well defined and close knit company culture, they take training seriously (all positions go through a detailed regime before they are on their own), strong benefits including health, dental, 401k match, bonus, and profit sharing programs.
There are always opportunities for growth. As the company evolves, positions open up and internal candidates are always fairly considered. In my 5 years at Clay's, I have changed positions 4 times. I have grown from technician to manager, the opportunities are there!
Honestly an unbelievable place to work and I feel lucky to work here. And its not just me, there are many employees that have been here for 10+ years.
