Pros

Truly the best reason to work here is to gain experience and then use that experience to go somewhere else that values it's employees. I cannot think of another reason to work here except perhaps the constant turnover and low pay ensures there will always be openings.

Cons

Low pay. Poor communication across departments. Bureacracy - Political fiefdoms checkmate making any real progress. Spend more time settling petty squabbles and putting out fires than actually accomplishing anything.

Pros

Some pros would be: experience and pension (if you are okay with over $100 being removed from each check).

Cons

A major con is the pay with the increase in the cost of living for the metro-Atlanta area the terrible pay need to be addressed. It doesn't matter is you have degree you will still receive subpar pay. Not much room for growth, after you become a supervisor that's it. Then your only option is to move to another position in the county if you want more.
