Pros

+ 4 hr/pay period towards annual leave and sick leave each. + remote options (but that depends on your supervisor) + County facility fees waived + Paid on Thursdays

Cons

- Directors have too much pull, not contuitive to employee development - Salary pay is low, you should only work here as a stepping stone if you're new to the county - Your department (immediate coworkers) won't know who your are and will give you a hard time until someone verifies who you are - Sexist/racist workplace
