      Long hours for the pay, financing is impossible to get enough sales to stay out of the draw

      Pros

      Locations, benefits, some good people in general managers positions, name reconition, staying intouch and making relationships with customers and friends for life

      Cons

      Extremley long hours, no family time, no saturdays off. Financing that Vanderbilt provided in the past for the sale of new houses is virtually gone

      Pros

      It is one of the highest paying employers in the area. It is striving to make improvements to the workforce through training, improvement on comunication, and it tries its best to keep people working as much as possible.

      Cons

      You are told to do things that are not part of your job, deliberatly lied to about the position responsibilities, and anytime that an explination is requested of reasons this is so are either ignored or you are given round about answers that only muddle things up.

      Pros

      CMH offers a guaranteed profit sharing program and the facility is impeccable. The salary is competitive for similar positions outside the industry.

      Cons

      CMH does not have a lot of experience working with professionals. They treat degreed individuals like production workers. The 2 week vacation program leaves much to be desired and the lack of flex time creates a military school atmosphere. Existing management seems insecure and threatened by professional staff.
