General Managers make way to much money. The sales people are the bottom of the food chain. You get paid when the house is delivered, setup and Clayton gets their money first, that could take several months. Lots of favoritism going on General Manager preference. Dont expect to help from upper management as long as the store is making a profit they will turn a blind eye and deaf ears.
