      Some wonderful people to interact and even work with.

      Cons

      Far behind in technology; poor, insecure practices that should've been addressed a decade ago. In some groups, personality and rank drives some baffling decisions where input is neither solicited nor respected.

      You are helping families own their own home.

      Cons

      This company has a hard time keeping their promises to customers even though they drill it in they will always do the right thing. They make the customers wait far to long without resolution and make the sales team seem like liars for making the promises.

      Great culture with continued growth and dedication to our team members. We strive to provide the best experience possible to all of our internal and external customers.

      I have been here for 18 years and have not experienced a down side to this company. We were able to still remain profitable thru the housing crash of 2008 and continue to grow in all areas. We are dedicated to building happiness, one home at a time.
