Pros
Clayton goes up and beyond to volunteer for community and employee family needs. There have been many occasions that employees families have went through losing family members or have been sick and the leadership team goes up and beyond to support them personally and through benefits to assist the family any way possible. The gestures are real and have shown to be appreciated.
Cons
As any growing company, there are still struggles to close the gaps or holes in workflow to ensure all employees have a positive experience in their daily jobs. Even though there are quite a few, it is recognized, communicated and being worked on to make all employees experience better.
