Employee to work ratio is lean - sometimes too lean requiring multiple position coverage for extended periods so primary job function is not only focus.

Tge Location I workes at was incredibly unprofessionally run, there were no codes of conduct that were acceptable for all people, certain employees got a very different standard and were allowed to be late; miss work, dress inappropriately, act inappropriately, no sales and keep their jobs Etc because of the relationship with the manager it was not a good experience. This manager was willing to lose his good selling profit making employees to keep his close friendship with this one person who was not doing their job.
