      This company has more potential then any company out there. Theye have anot outstanding Management and Training team ready to help you anytime you need it.

      Can be difficult building your pipeline in some areas, however this can be made a Prohibited if you stay consistent.

      - Salary plus commissions - Sunday plus 1 other day off a week

      Cons

      - Management often asks employees to perform borderline unethical tasks - Customer Service after NPS call is non-existant - Often places needs of manager over that of sales staff - Produces poor quality homes and charges a premium for horrible craftsmanship - Indipendant thinking viewed as against the company and unacceptable - Must work all major holidays with exception of christmas day, new year, indipendance day and thanksgiving day
