      Pros

      One of the best corporate environments I have ever worked in, hands-down. There is so much to love about Clayton - the people, the facilities, the genuine love people have for their work. I feel lucky and blessed to be there.

      Cons

      The leadership structure can really use an overhaul. There are people in management-level positions that have no business handling their teams. They are just bad leaders - it doesn't mean they aren't smart - just poor leaders. I'd really like to see a change where Clayton leadership is a true meritocracy, not all about who you know...

      Pros

      On site gym, restaurant, and basketball courts. 401k is nice and you get a ham for Christmas.

      Cons

      I experienced Sexual harassment......disguised and manipulated so that a tangible complaint would have been seen as frivolous. This is how the company works they can and will manipulate policy with politics. They love that Tennessee is a right to work state and exploit it to a fault. If you speak Spanish you have nothing to worry about. If you don't sleep with your MARRIED supervisor you might as well find a new job.
