Pros

Compensation is unlimited if your are willing to work for it. Trips are great. Loved my customers.

Cons

Incompetent and dishonest managers. Long and demanding hours, unprofessional atmosphere. Managers only care about their earnings, too bad for everyone else, including the customers. Office culture /model will never work the way it is. Benefits are okay, but insurance was getting expensive when I left for what you were getting. Many of the Best Senior Managers and VP's have left the company. That is never a good sign.

Pros

On-site gym on-site restaurant Opportunity for advancement = A- Generous sick time and vacation time Sufficient training sufficient manager feedback Fair and structured bonus system Some really great people are and have been employed by this Corporation

Cons

Costs of living, dollar value and micro economics is not considered when hourly workers are reviewed for annual reviews/raises. Raises are based on merit. A 7 cent raise to an hourly wage is insulting. The company's benefits are self funded therefore, costs are high for limited coverage. Meets the minimum required after the "Affordable Care Act" $1000 deductible medical, a lot of $ out of pay checks, very limited number of in network doctors, many of the specialists are out of network, regulatary costs increase 5%-18% annually, yet co-pays increase along with others, emergency room visits. You are encouraged to go to urgent care.

Pros

None. Too few to list. Predatory requirements for waiver of employee rights as a condition of employment, no benefits, long hours, limited opportunities, no training.

Cons

Required to work 58 hours per week by unprofessional manager that was rarely at the home center and did not provide any training. Three of us were hired at the same time and all of us quit within 3 months due to poor management. Dead-end company.
