Management needs alot of work, only focus is making production. Quantity over Quality. many problems with the houses that arent resolved and there is no sense of accountability as long as production is made. Problems that are reported to management are overlooked.

Managers just tell employees they are valued but it is a big lie. Money is the only priority. That is why they have the worst turn over rate I’ve ever seen. No communication. You have people in leadership roles that have been doing it for 20 plus years and still have no clue what they are doing. The lack of meeting production and turnover prove that.
