      Pros

      Clayton Homes provides excellent benefits. The jobs within the building manufacturing group are many to choose from and can all be fulfilling. The pay is good with starting hourly wages beginning at $25 an hour for the hourly team members and starting salary for management around $73,000 plus bonuses.

      Cons

      The facility can be very hot in the summer months and the environment can be extremely dusty and hard to breath in at times.

      There is no the place sucks, nothing but drugs being sold, it's not a place for a decent woman to work.

      Cons

      Over worked but they have a buddy system and you pick up the slack while they are getting high and hanging out job sucks
