      Pros

      Clayton is a financially stable, growing company with a "try lots of things, keep what works" mentality. What more could an IT guy want? The top priorities really speak for themselves: People development Community involvement Sustainable development & environmental stewardship Work-life harmony Strategic, innovative and forward-thinking leadership

      Cons

      It can sometimes be difficult with the way each business unit operates independently. It's a departure from what most people are familiar with. This is a big company that's getting bigger so things take figuring out. There are exceptional people leading the charge and I am confident we are on the right track.

      -Your HC is truly a team -lots of access to training materials -trips for the top consultants -Commission & Bonuses - laid back -Weekly pay

      Cons

      -just like a family there is also gossip. -the training can be a bit overwhelming -the same people win the trips .. so newbies .. don’t expect a trip your first couple of years unless you had a streak of luck! - when you first start (your 90 days) you make 5% of the gross profit then it goes to 3%. You get that when the customer gets their keys .. which can take months. Like 6-8 months … so don’t expect to get paid right away. It is a business where you have to build your pipeline.. it’s great if you’re working in a community where you know a lot of people .. but if you don’t … you have to build your pipeline and it can be slim picking … so patience is needed .. it’s nothing quick. - Saturdays are a waste of time … half the people who come in just want to look .. so that is time away from your family every single Saturday .
