      Pros

      Great facility, very friendly coworkers, and supervisors will usually be open to new ideas and improvements. The corporate office offers a great on-site cafeteria and a fantastic gym, too.

      Cons

      I was only working in a part-time department, but it did seem that from my starting point that there were few ways to grow within a department. It seems that, in order to move up in the company, you need to jump around a lot. Some of the skill requirements for posted jobs we a bit unreasonable.

      Pros

      Company has a talented management team that quickly adapts to market conditions. Further, and for the most part, the company is cognizant of internal and external dynamics in the market place and has the ability to capitalize on social trends, etc. They believe in their product from top to bottom and the people I worked with there were excellent.

      Cons

      I had a bad experience with the company, mainly due to personnel and personal issues, but I believe that to be the exception, rather than the norm. Other than that, I can't say this company has any real con's.

      Pros

      You get to work with customers face to face. Income can be anywhere from $24 thousand to osix figures. Great incentive trips.

      Cons

      This is a big ticket item type of sales and is not for everyone. You have to get a high sales number to make a decent income.
