      Pros

      Clayton has a very unique culture and leaders are consistently investing in team members. I've never worked somewhere that I'm challenged to think about my growth and career like I am here. Lots of opportunities to move and grow and learn. Tons of people willing to help. Flexible work environment is nice. Free to take PTO when I need to. DEIB has become a priority in recent years.

      Depending on where you work within the company, there are different mindsets and attitudes around growth potential. You can easily experience tenured people here that like to be the sole person that knows a specific topic where information is siloed.
