For their information technology department, they are a bit behind the times and have a high amount of technical debt to pay down. This makes the department a frustrating place to work in at the moment. Their goals for change are good ones, but the execution thus far has failed to achieve appropriate buy-in from all managers and employees, and has adopted a more directive approach, rather than one that empowers creativity and change. That being said, I cannot imagine being the primary driver for a change initiative of this scale. Casualties and complaints are unavoidable. I have no doubt, in the long run, once the bumps and wrinkles have been ironed out, Clayton will be much stronger as a result.

I experienced Sexual harassment......disguised and manipulated so that a tangible complaint would have been seen as frivolous. This is how the company works they can and will manipulate policy with politics. They love that Tennessee is a right to work state and exploit it to a fault. If you speak Spanish you have nothing to worry about. If you don't sleep with your MARRIED supervisor you might as well find a new job.
