Great people to work with. Excellent vision and mission statement across the company that is well communicated. Significant investment in technology and facilities (home office is state-of-the-art). Well diversified and integrated businesses to help provide affordable housing. Excellent growth opportunities, both from a learning and promotion perspective.

Cons

Workload can outpace staffing, with pressure to keep headcount low. Enterprise solutions and designs can sometimes take the backseat to specific business unit desires and needs, making enterprise solutions challenging.
