      I have had several managers in my time here. Day to day is heavily influenced by whether you have a good manager or not.

      Cons

      Sales jobs always have some grimy people To be a successful sales person you can not have a quality of life. Slow stores mean no money. Foot traffic determines how successful you are as a sales person

      Depending on location the people in the trenches at store level can be awesome to work with

      Cons

      Too many to list all in here. If you know one of the uppers or GM you will go far. If not, good luck to you. Seen potential candidates for job not even get interviewed cause they did not know GM. Too many character issues.
