      If you don't mind some travel and some occasional work outdoors, you will love this place!!!

      Pros

      The people are knowledge and awesome to work with. The compensation is fair and time off is available when schedule allows. The job sites are diverse and keep you from getting tired of the same office and faces.

      Cons

      The offices are smaller in number and you may not have the most room for upward mobility if you are looking for such. The nature of the business tends to bring about a very hectic and spontaneous schedule.

      Add a little experience to your resume. Coworkers are a great bunch of people to work with.

      Long hours with poor OT compensation Always traveling Compensation is lower than expected for what you sacrifice Advancement opportunities are none Benefits: No dental. Safety is not a priority, but they say it is.
