      50 Year Old Company Struggles to Find Identity

      Pros

      Free parking. Fairly comprehensive safety training.

      Cons

      CEO is unqualified, unenlightened and full of himself. Check corporate books since he has taken over...a complete disaster. Senior management a collection of hangers-on, unqualified to run a company. No work-life balance. Field personnel - Work out of town for extended periods and weekends. No innovation. Company is basically selling same skills and services that they did 40 years ago. Raises about as frequent as total solar eclipses. Forget about bonuses - nonexistent.

      Great location for commuters. Health insurance is not bad. 401K after a year. No vision or dental insurance.

      Cons

      difficult to connect with those who have been here for 20 years.
